I am a devoted mother to 3 young men,  a loyal wife to my husband- my best friend, and I am a busy Realtor in the greater Houston area. I have an extreme passion for health and fitness as well as travel. My travel bucket list is extensive and my love for heavy lifting is endless. I always make room for dessert, even when I'm dieting, and alcohol is the #1 culprit to me reaching or maintaining my goals. 

I am a proud mom of two amazing daughters and a passionate animal lover. After serving in the Air Force, I've learned the importance of discipline, strength, and resilience- both in life and at the gym. Whether I'm riding my motorcycle or lifting heavy weights, I embrace the challenges head-on and encourage others to do the same in their health and fitness journey.

I am a mom to 3 kids (2 girls, 1 boy) and married to a very supportive husband. I served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard for almost 12 years and that's where my passion for fitness and health started. I got a 4 year degree in the health & wellness field and started personal training in 2004. My passion has always been helping people no matter their circumstances or goals.
