Membership Terms & Conditions

 

A. Free Trial:

Any free trial period on an Elevated Macros coaching program will start immediately once the client submits payment information. Once the trial period is over, the client will automatically be charged for their selected coaching program/package in accordance with the subscription terms.

 

B. Commitment & Subscription Renewal:

Upon completion of the free trial (if applicable), the client will automatically be charged for the coaching program/package in accordance with the selected subscription package. Subscription charges will continue to recur until the client cancels the subscription. Clients can cancel at any time, but cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current contract period. Cancellations will prevent the subscription from renewing at the end of the contract term.

 

C. Cancellation:

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current contract period. No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period. The client will continue to have access to services for the remainder of the current contract period but will not be charged for the next term.

 

D. Refunds:

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel their membership, they will retain access to the service until the end of the current contract period. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription or for any cancellation made after payment has been processed for the current period.

 

E. Changes to Terms:

Elevated Macros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to these terms.
